Cancellation Policy

Social House Content Studio reserves the right to approve or decline all booking requests at its sole discretion. All reservations require payment in full to secure your requested date. Due to the limited availability of the space, dates are not held without completed documentation and confirmed payment. A card is required to have on file to secure bookings and protect against no-shows, last-minute cancellations, added studio time, and any damages that may occur. Once a booking request is submitted, all required liability agreements and studio policies will be sent via email. Booking requests will only be approved once all documents have been fully reviewed, signed, and returned. Upon approval, an invoice will be issued and full payment will be required to officially reserve your date. We appreciate your understanding as we curate a high-quality experience for every guest.
