After submitting a request through our church application form, you can choose your estimated start time where your 7-day free trial will begin! Just before your trial ends, we will set you up with our automated payment system based on your membership of choice. You can cancel this membership at any point in time and there are no contracts and no strings attached!

Sway’s Unlimited plans are tailored to meet the ongoing media needs of single-campus churches. Typically, these churches require 5-10 custom media elements each month, but we understand that busier seasons like Christmas, Easter, and fall ministry launches can increase those needs. That’s why we’ve made our plans “unlimited,” so you never have to stress about hitting a project limit when things get cray-cray. If you need 15-20 projects in a month, we’ve got you covered!

However, if your church consistently needs 20+ media projects each month, a custom plan is the way to go. We’ll work with you to create a customized plan that ensures all your media requests are handled promptly and with top-notch quality.

We utilize cutting-edge project management software that integrates seamlessly through our site, providing each client with a custom client portal. This portal is exceptionally user-friendly and is key to ensuring that we can complete your projects in record time. Through the portal, clients can easily track the progress of their campaigns, communicate directly with our team, and access all relevant documents and updates. This streamlined approach enhances transparency, fosters efficient communication, and guarantees that all projects are delivered on time, adhering to the highest quality standards.

Each of our members will get their very own account within our design portal. This will give them direct access to seeing project status, updates, designer questions, first drafts, and is an overall crystal clear line of communication for all revision requests!

Static Graphics:

From sermon series art, event promos, flyers, print materials, merch, branding, social posts, and website updates, we cover a wide variety of content formats.

Motion Graphics:

We can work with footage that you shoot, sermon videos online, videos with artistic stock content, or we can create graphic based videos. From social media clips, promo videos, b-roll, testimonial clips, or toks/reels...we've got you covered!

At Sway, we operate within established timelines to ensure efficient delivery. Typically, our team produces design drafts within 2-3 business days. For video drafts, the process generally takes a bit longer, around 3-5 business days. However, please keep in mind that these are general estimates and actual turnaround times may vary depending on the specifics and complexity of your project.

If revisions are necessary, we try our best to complete them within a few business hours. However, in some cases with extensive/complex edits, it may take up to 24 hours depending on current deadlines and workloads. We know how crucial your deadlines are, and we're dedicated to helping you meet them.

We use Dropbox for all of our storage and file sharing.

Sure thing! We’ll include the native files for each of your graphic projects.

When you receive files for your designs, you will receive both source files and rendered images in the following file formats: PSD, AI, JPG, PNG, PDF, INDD, and vector-based files.

Sway’s team is 100% remote, with Sway Designers located across the U.S. Generally, we work on projects during regular US business days and hours, Monday-Friday. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays to allow our staff to spend time with their friends and families and serve in their local churches. In addition to this, we require all projects to be submitted with cushion time according to our working hours. If you need a sermon series for next week, make sure you plan accordingly to accommodate our working hours. Late Submission Rush Fees will be added if necessary.

In addition, the Sway is also out of the office on the following days:

• Thursday/Friday of Thanksgiving

• Extended Christmas break (usually Dec 23-Jan 3)

• Some US Federal Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)

Upon submitting a cancelation request, we will make sure all of your assets are sent over for you to use at your leisure. You will be greatly missed but we understand the ever-changing needs of the church and industry as a whole! Know that we are always here to help!

At this point in time, we do not currently cover Sermon Series Bumpers and long-form video edits such as Sunday Sermons, etc. Additionally, large-format booklets, e-books, etc., will be taken into consideration depending on project scope. We do plan on expanding this area of our services down the line, so stay tuned!
