What is required before using your membership services?Perfect question to start with! For all memberships, we require client's to have an established brand identity. That includes vectorized logos files on hand, brand color codes, fonts, icons, textures etc., so that we have everything we need to design high quality, "on-brand" content! If you are not here yet, we would highly recommend starting out with our branding package above!

Do you offer a trial?Glad you asked! We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. So if you are not satisfied with your service in the first week of enrollment, you will receive a complete refund on your purchase! How do we share files?We will be sharing files via G-Drive or a DropBox folder, so you always have 100% access to all working files for any project we do together.

What does your client portal offer?Each of our members will get their very own account within our design portal. This will give them direct access to seeing project status, updates, designer questions, first drafts, and is an overall crystal clear line of communication for all revision requests!

Wait, is it really unlimited graphics and videos?Yes it is! Our turn around time is 2-3 business days... (no weekends or holidays) but we will do our absolute best to complete as many projects as possible, with no loss in quality, in the given time frame! Usually, businesses are able to get 4-6+ projects per week, that includes around 2-3+ videos per week. How cool is that!?

What kind of videos and graphics will you make?We can work with footage that you shoot, videos with artistic stock content, or we can create graphic based videos. From social media clips, promo videos, b-roll, testimonial clips, or toks/reels...we've got you covered ;)

How many revisions can we have?Millions! (But please don't be that person😅) We only work on 1 project at a time, so if it takes 99 revisions to get your approval, that only limits the total amount of projects we will be able to do for you. To help with this, we will guide you through our process of establishing a solid art direction for each individual project.
